Owner Pat Spurlin, grew up running his family's commercial development & retail businesses in New Mexico from 1985 to 2008. Since moving to Texas in 2009, Pat has continued as an independent contractor, working with local, national companies, and roofing contractors. After two years working in the roofing industry, Pat ventured out in early 2021 and started HPS Roofing, bringing his style of customer service and quality workmanship to the industry.

**Gutter installation** - New, replacement, and repair utilizing seamless gutters
**Interior Repair** - due to storm damage

Installation Process

• Protection of all property utilizing tarps/plywood

• Strip roof down to decking to ensure no damage needs replaced

• Starter strip installed to greatly improve the roof’s wind resistance by sealing the finished shingles to the roof at eaves and rakes.

• Valley metal replaced when damaged

• Synthetic underlayment installed on decking for increased moisture barrier

• Drip Edge installed to protect fascia and trim from incurring any possible water damage

• Replacement of most venting and painted to match roof

• Protect gutters if not being replaced

• Installation of Ridge Venting to increase ventilation and longevity of roof when ridge space is available.

• Installation of Architectural shingles is an upgrade that comes with most all projects

• Blow off roof of all debris from installation

• Blow out gutters of any debris

• Clean all debris around home

Sweep entire property with magnet for all metal and nails (with most house there can be thousands of nails come off a roof. We do are best to get everything)
